With over 8 years of experience, we are the industry leaders in Eastern Europe. We have recently opened our doors to the western market and we have been growing exponentially. Clickio is now looking to recruit a Sales Executive in order to grow our network of direct clients and expand the business in Italy.

 

The role

If you have over a year experience under your belt, this could be your chance to really make a mark in the digital marketing industry. You will be responsible for developing and managing a network of clients. You will be working alongside the company’s Publisher Account Director, managing the company’s expanding network of Clients in your designated market.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & acquire new business and campaigns from advertiser/advertising agencies media; Trading Desk
  • Maximize business relationships and create an environment where our service can flourish;
  • Monitor, analyze and reports key KPIs to measure performance and develop Clickio business;
  • Identify and understand trends in the market, integrate learnings to develop new business;
  • Create persuasive presentations based on Clickio expertise and key findings from the market;
  • Work in close relationship with the Publisher and Operations Managers.

 

The Ideal candidate will:

  • Possibly come from a media agency, trading desk, programmatic platform or a medium-large online publication;
  • Have 1 + year successful record in sales/business development in a digital business;
  • Have good connections within the media environment and possibly a portfolio of clients;
  • Be Italy based, and flexible to business travel (mainly to Rome);
  • Have excellent track record in developing new business and reaching/exceeding goals;
  • Be exceptionally proactive, goal-oriented, organized, responsible and important ability to adapt;
  • Have a strong desire to succeed and energetic self-starter who thrives in a team environment as well as on his own;
  • Have a good understanding of the development of online and advertising industry (web and mobile);
  • Be passionate for online and display ad products as well as new technologies;
  • Have strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential;
  • Be fluent in spoken and written Italian (C1);
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English (Minimum B2);
  • Have a Bachelor or Master Degree;
  • Be eager to learn, grow and enjoy a sector in constant development.
