Role Overview:

The Account Manager for Italy will have the responsibility of working in coordination with the rest of the

teams, having the unique opportunity to work on the front lines of the advertising industry; collaborating

daily with major media agencies & our Sales team, helping them achieving their marketing objectives

through our proprietary ad platform and data analysis tools.


Responsibilities on the Account Management side:

  • Proactively manage multiple advertiser client accounts across Display, Video, Mobile, Instream and performance products with IT, EU and Global advertisers to ensure long term commercial partnerships
  • Cultivate positive business relationships with media planners and buyers at ad agencies and responsible for the growth of existing business
  • Be proficient in performance campaign/ direct response business. The AM will need to be aligned with our specialized teams all around the globe.
  • Meet with our clients to strength relationship and be the expert and advisor for their needs.
  • Analyse campaign objectives vs. performance data and identify strategies for maximizing campaign ROI
  • Regularly contact with agencies regarding campaign optimization, growth strategies and opportunities.
  • Work with sales, finance, traffic, creative services, optimization analyst, network development and data analytics to promote optimum campaign setup, optimisation, deliver and account growth
  • Troubleshoot campaigns with delivery issues or for performance
  • Promoting our data analytics tool DeepDive to identify opportunities for campaign growth to clients.


Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong Negotiator and relationship manager with excellent multitasking skills
  • Good understanding of the Ad Network business model and the challenges that arise from changes in the market place e.g. Automated trading
  • Good Technical Understanding and overview of how an adserver works
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply commercial logic to decisions
  • Proven relationship/account management skills such as organisation and communication
  • Proven experience on performance campaign management.
  • Ability to apply initiative and work within a team environment
  • Ability to apply themselves to learning new software and processes
  • Competent in the use of MS Office especially excel
  • Eager to learn new things and professionally grow in an international environment
  • Opened to manage internal platforms and do also routine work as create accounts and validate daily campaigns.
  • Fluent in English


Salary Level and Benefits:

Fix plus bonus

Tickets restaurant, English classes if needed.

2. Interview with the Head of Agencies Sales for Italy

3. Interview with the Account Director, EU
